The core business of IMMOFINANZ AG is the management and development of retail and office properties in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Challenge
Relaunch of the websites - The requirement for the future portals was that everything should come from one system and be independently maintainable for IMMOFINANZ employees. Suitable solutions for multiple departments as well as professional collaboration are crucial for the listed major corporation.
The Solution
consists of our specially developed CMS, with which all systems already in use can be connected via interfaces. After several years of complex strategy planning for the Immofinanz website (and its brands), focus projects for the individual platforms followed, on the basis of which the metrics of the brands increased.
The Result
The customer journey of Immofinanz and its sub-brands has become much more efficient, which is visible in the metrics (more visitors, fewer click-throughs, longer time-on-sites). In short, it now takes drastically fewer clicks on average to reach the result. In addition, the digital presence of the brands has been significantly lifted and strengthened, so that the products and brands of Immofinanz are now communicated with full clarity.
